Livingroom has a 50 " Smart TV "which can be connected via wi-fi so you can see Netflix etc. if you have a subscription.

We offer you some kitchen basics like salt, pepper, sugar, welcome coffee and tea. Naturally you also have a coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.

The dining table seats 4-5 people.

The living room has a beautiful sofa and two chairs by the table. Light colours are very elegant.

In the bedroom, you have a small table you can use as a dressing table or desk for your computer. There is also a hair dryer.

If the sun is shining outside, it's also shining inside the house because of the big corner windows.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible directly from the parking lot. Three small steps and you're inside. The living room has large corner windows and light furniture. We have created a Scandinavian atmosphere here. You can relax on the stylish sofa or sit on particularly comfortable chairs and rest your feet on the foot cushion. You have a 50-inch Smart TV, from which you can also watch e.g., Netflix or Prime TV if you have your credentials/subscription details. The room is bright, so you can easily read a book or enjoy your vacation with a glass of wine whenever you like. The grey kitchen is brand new, as is everything else in this apartment. There you will find all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining for up to eight people. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, extractor fan and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. You can enjoy dinner at the round table next to the window overlooking the small stream in the yard. There are seats for 4-5 people. 

The apartment has two bedrooms. Please note, however, that access to the second bedroom is through the first bedroom. There is a small hallway between the rooms. (see floor plan). The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm x200cm ). In addition to two bedside tables, there is a small console table and a spacious old antique cabinet for storage. The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm x200cm ). Both children and adults can comfortably stay here. There you will also find bedside tables and a closet for storing clothes. Bed sheets are made from linen, bio-organic cotton or recycled cotton.   

If you have a baby, we also have one baby travel cot, a high chair and a changing table with the travel cot. According to the manufacturer, these are suitable for 0-3 year olds. In the kitchen you will also find a children's dining set. The bed fits in all the other bedrooms except the smaller bedroom of "Papagallo". Please let us know in advance if you need the above-mentioned equipment. Please note, however, that you need to bring your own baby linen. 

The bathroom has a spacious sink and a shower cubicle. A separate toilet can be found at the end of the corridor. All the towels in the bathroom are also made of good quality bio-organic cotton or recycled cotton.  The apartment's bathroom and toilet are unfortunately too narrow for wheelchair guests. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

We do not accept any pets.

The 1st bedroom has a 180cm x200cm size bed. You must walk through this bedroom when you go to the 2nd bedroom which has a 160cm x200cm size bed. Between the two bedrooms, there is a small hallway.

The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is separate.

There is a lot of space for your clothes in this old antic cabinet. The bedrooms are very quiet and the beds are comfortable.

If you like walking, you can for example walk from Mülheim along a nice route to Veldenz and enjoy the countryside.
